I have a bowl blank that is 6 by 5(tall)
I also have the cut offs from the blank that are 1 5/8 square by 16 inches long. One of each corner are knock off as you will see in the photos so may make some good turning still sense the corners will go away when you turn anyways. Very very pretty wood I will show you what I made out of it so far so you can really see the grain. Bowl blank is 40$ and the turning squares are 20 bucks each. Buy them all for 100 plus shipping.

The guy that sold it to me was selling it for like 18 dollars a pound and it came from Indonesia apparently. Luckily I ended up getting it for free because I plowed his lot out for him but it was like 600 dollars he was asking for a 8 by 8 by 16 I can’t believe it is that expensive

I’ll let you know when tony takes it and if for some reason he does not I’ll put it back open. Very nice wood and was a pleasure to work with. I have never used it before but dang it is pretty. When my hollow form drys o look forward to seeing the beauty comes out finishing it up.
