Got a call about this Russian olive tree with some burl in it. Not my favorite but still pretty cool. Should have taken photo before I cut it up. Also found this piece of curly cottonwood. I was running my had over side of tree and you can’t tell but there is a million small spikes. Really small. Doesn’t show up in figure?
anyways enjoy! If somone wanted to trade some wood let me know. Or if you are a caster I have about 12 inches half log of the curly cotton wood but there is a lot of cracks in that one. Luckily got one nice piece out of it.

The big birds eye log is different log. I believe to be cotton wood but I didn’t take it. Let me know if someone wanted to trade a bowl blank and I’ll cut it up.
