Custom Length Miter Bars

Does anyone have a source to buy custom length miter bars that fit into T-Tracks? My son is trying to build a small parts jig and needs one 9 3/4” long that will fit into a 3/4” track. Thanks! Chuck

That's a definite possibility. Cost is probably not that big of an issue due to the short sizes in question. Chuck

Either that, or do like @Kenbo on his thin rip jig and use a piece of hdpe mounted in the t track

UHMW plastic is actually what I used. I'm not sure if that's the same as HDPE.

@Nature Man I’ve got some 3/4” thickness hdpe sheet offcuts that would be perfect for making any length miter bar if cut into correct thickness. I’d be happy to drop some off for you if you’re still looking.
