    Hi guys,

Im cutting some large spalted maple and ambrosia maple logs. Would there be any interest in any of this material on here either cut into bowl blanks or as big cookies? The spalted maple log is 36" diameter and has some black line, but a lot of other pink and yellow tones. The ambrosia maple logs measure around 34" round.

    Thanks,
    Jason

Jay, we don’t allow threads gauging interest, so I’m going to move this to the sale area. Seems like flat rate sizes are pretty popular.

    It’s pretty stuff!

JMO but cut bowl blanks that will fit a lfrb always seem to sell well here. Price them reasonably and they will sell. If they are not dry I would take pics of the blanks for sale and then seal them up asap.

    Hi Mark,

Which grain direction are you wanting the 8-9" dimension? On the end grain?

    Thanks,
    Jason
