Bud found this at the dump a few weeks ago and rescued it for me, not sure what it is but guess is BLM. Tried cutting it up today and it p!sed me off… chain saw didn’t like those colorful flakes used to fill the voids and toasted a new chain. 4” thick, size in pics, one still has a pedestal and could be restored to a coffee table if you’re ambitious. First thought was return it to the dump but figured someone might want to take a ride to beautiful Lake Winnipesaukee and pick it up.

It's good looking stuff, but I already have lots of pieces of tree that I can't cut up into usable blanks for one reason or another. (Not having a chain saw being the primary one  ) If it's okay with you, I'll ask few people at turning club tomorrow evening if they would be interested.

Map says 18 hours 13 minutes - but Lil Mikey is somewhat slower! That's a long way to be able to put another piece of wood on the shelf! Glad @BurlyBurl is going to put it to use!

Ok, I’ve had a streak of bad news lately and haven’t had a chance to come up. Sincerely apologize for wasting your time.
