Was trying to salvage a pair of older 4' fixtures after the T12 ballasts bit the dust.... I have a smallish supply of T8 bulbs (Now Banned in NYS) So I found some "good used" electronic ballasts, OOPS
:headbang:
wiring doesn't match.... Anyway here's a Video explaining what to do!

Fluorescent bulbs can take a while to warm up to full brightness in a cold shop. Go with LEDs, and dump those T8 bulbs at a hazard waste disposal site if or while you still can. You won’t regret making the change over sooner rather than later.

I sold all my extra new and lightly used fluorescent bulbs for some cash, replaced everything with LED direct wire tubes and my electric bill in the shop (50 tubes total in all the fixtures) went down about 45.00 a month.
