I have a bunch of walnut cutoffs that might be good for bottle stoppers, pen blanks, casting, or other small projects. The wood is still green, and was cut with either a chainsaw, bandsaw, or split off with an axe; you will most likely want to trim it up prior to use.

There is a mix of heartwood, sapwood, combo of the two, and some with bark still on. I'm happy to rough sort it for you if you're looking for mostly one or the other, or a mix, but I won't cut it any further other than to fit your size box.

Just reimburse me for actual postage and you can have as much as you want but you must let me know by Wednesday 3/25. It's gone on Thursday 3/26.

How big a box will it take to fit this in?

    A big one :scare3:

All joking aside, the pile as it sits is 24" x 24" x 18". Obviously if I were to put it in a box and pack it in it would fit in something a little smaller. I'm not sure how the postage would play out putting it all in one box.

Alternatively, I could pick through it and pack a LFRB or two for you.

I'd like to do 2 lfrb's but I can't. I will take 1 lfrb of whatever you think are the best pieces. Thanks for doing this. PM me with the details.

    Hey Bill,

Would you prefer heartwood, sapwood, bark, or just a random mix? I should have some time tomorrow or Friday, so I won't throw it out tonight and will sort through it to try to get you most of what you're looking for. Are you planning on using it for something specific? Larger sizes, smaller sizes, etc?

Just let me know and I'll try to accommodate you as much as possible.

Posting this to ensure we stay in the rules and to show what I'm sending to Bill. This is what I could get in the box; 18" ruler for comparison. After I packed it all, I found a few more open spaces to stuff some extras in. Package should depart tomorrow.
