    These need another coat of oil and probably some wax. Honey locust which I cut down. Walnut boxes made from leftover scraps of a table I made. The top on one of them was milled from a crotch I picked up off the road and the spalted one is from a trade with @rob3232

    Looking forward to some closer pictures. I expected to see some ebony splines on those corners with all the thin stock you have....or had. Lol.

    To open, you just push down on the middle front or back and the lid flips in place.
