More testing. Ground up a pice of 3/8" stainless steel that was plasma cut. I have ground these before and I can tell you that it's tough material to work with. The mult tool made short work of it with a 36 grit belt, I continue to be impressed with this tool. It's just bad a$$!

I loves these kinds of threads... very cool! Sounds like you made a great purchase for the shop.
I reread this entire thread thinking it was the first time I read it until I saw that I already commented. I’m suspicious this is a sign of aging.
