This is not my idea, I got it from Kurt Herzog. 2"PVC pipe set on two circles. Bottom one on a lazy susan device. Use your tools to determine Height. Screw PVC to the round boards at the top. Make more holders than you think you need. Wood circles will be determined by number of tools. One way tools are upside down just to ID them.
