Need help to identify a pen kit

Hey Everyone! Sorry I've been gone a while, but man it's been busy. Day job, writing, Dad's taxi service, Scouts, etc.
I've been scouring the interwebs but not finding anything close to what I am looking for. So far all I can find for compatibility is the
"Top Diamond Crystal Stylus Pens" The refill is a Cross C1 style except it's only 3.25" long. It used to go in an ollllld kit that looked like a 4-5" Euro - but I lost it.

Try the Mini Designer from PennState Industries - there are a few others but to me they don't look like the "European". Here's a search link:

PSI has a lot of pen kits that take the Minin Cross refil.
