    Don't remember if I got it at Harbor Freight, Tractor Supply or Agway, but this is the DARN Best clamp out there for medium to large jobs. It's big, it's heavy, it's solid. No plastic or aluminum, Not Chinese Junk. This thing is a Tank! You can put a ton of pressure with the T-handle.

    I think they make these for welders. Git yerself at least two of them, you'll be glad you did when you need them.

    It looks a lot like THIS ONE from HarborFright, but theirs is only 12 inches long. You didn't mention the actual dimensions of yours -- I guess it depends on your definition of "large jobs" but I'd been expecting something longer :whatever:

    The vase blank in the clamp is 13-1/2 inches, so the clamp is obviously longer. I can measure it tomorrow.
