Nice blanks Eric, but to keep that from happening again with the thumb, hold the hammer with both hands.

Lol. Stupid me trying to hold a piece of wood against the belt sander and not use the shelf. Bad part was I just had put a new belt on it too. Right to the bone!
OUCH!, I remember doing something similar once and vowed I would never do that again, but it was just like a hangover

Dermabond should be easily within reach for things like that…….

Changed the shape of one my knuckles recently on 12” disc sander with 36 grit
Received. Really nice to be able to get a variety of such quality wood.
