Queen bed project

    I actually had started this project awhile ago. I figured the weather wasn't cooperating for me this past winter to do my main passion which is hiking, so it gave me time to work on my other passion. One of those passions was to make an Adirondack style platform queen bed for my wife.

    I had picked up the hardware for the rail to post assembly in Statesville, NC about 2 years ago. Towards the end of last month I picked up my wood material and have planed, cut and sanded to the point it is time for staining.

    I had run into a problem early on with the rail post fasteners as discussed here. thanks you everyone input I was able to use a workaround y'all suggested.

    I was fortunate enough to remember to take pictures as I progress with the bed.
