Hi everyone,
Here is my first turned on my new Jet 1840. It is a Rosewood, 3"tall by 5 1/2" wide. Sanding thru to 400, I used Yorkshire grit for the first time and am very impressed by it. Also used the microcrystalline too.
Due to multiple bouts of flu, and reactions to med it has taken me 4 months to do this one. Hoping to work on platters that I can sell and donate every penny to veterans charity, if my health allows.
Thank you for looking and your feedback.

Exquisite small bowl! I’ve seen very few Rosewood turnings! Does this wood smell good while turning? Chuck
