Hello folks...
At this time I made a pair of knobs for my router plane acrylic base .
I was using same knobs for both bases and now I have an extra pair.
The shape I copied from a #20 biscuit and transfered to a MDF template.
They are very comfortable at hands .
See the pictures below:
The biscuit was sanded because rough edge

3/8 " roundover bit at edges

The round part has a tapped hole. The washer works as a spacer because I cutted short at first.

During the process I cutted the "neck" shorter...it is a bad feeling when we do this having a lot of wood yet.
So using a brass plate and a holesaw (24 mm outside diameter means 20 mm inside.)
The diameter of wood is 3/4" so I glued using epoxy and sanded to fit perfect match brass/wood
The mistake added charm at final.

Wood enough

That holesaw from kit never used before

The inside diameter is what you need

File a little and sand perfect after glued
