Had to share this. Our 7 year old granddaughter spent a few days with us a couple of weeks ago. We have always planted a vegetable garden and this time of year everything is ripe and provides all of our vegetables. Every day my wife would ask granddaughter to join her wile picking the next meal. She would say let's go pick a couple tomatoes, and a little corn or whatever combination of food she had in mind. One day granddaughter rolled her eyes and gave one of those little girl sighs and said "do you have to go out there every time you want something to eat?"
