Largest as far as size of fruit.

Oooh, that makes more sense. I read it as 'most prominent fruiting tree species in PA', but it makes more sense now when reading it in the context of fruit size.

I used to see those sweet gum balls around where I lived in my earliest years in Montgomery County PA, but I don't see them too much here in Bucks County. They never really bothered me, but I also never walk outside barefoot anyway. I imagine a lawnmower would make quick work of them, no?

I honestly don’t have a total bill of squirrel damage over the years, but I’ve had 3 different vehicles gnawed on. My current truck has been assaulted 4 times.
