I think it is a type of Eucalyptus but I'm not positive.

Just seen it online and think it looks awesome.

Yep... here it is. 3" thick. 4 3/4" wide. 3 to four inches tall. It's got a few hairline cracks in it, but it should be dry. I bought it several years ago from Australian Burls.

This place never ceases to amaze me. Someone post a "wanted" for something that I am sure most of us have never heard of, and a few minutes later pops up "oh yeah I think I have a hunk of that". Totally cool.

Up and up. @DKMD and I have worked out a trade for a 12x12x5 block of maple burl that I will cut up this weekend and ship out on Tuesday.
