Attachment Changes

Because the site continues to grow, I've moved the attachments from my server to an infinitely scalable S3 storage location (Cloudflare R2 Storage)

This is using the below function from XenForo:

There are some changes to how this can now be implemented, so I'm going to be moving some of the attachments around again, and using the new way. I'll be doing this at the start of February, but most shouldn't notice as I'll be doing this early morning my time, so you'll all probably still be asleep :)

I've made a start moving the data folder over, which is attachment thumbnails and avatars. Should be finished shortly. I'll do the internal_data folder which is the full attachment files tomorrow morning, as that's going to take a bit of time to complete.

data folder is done, however, the new way this works also requires the internal_data folder to be there, so I need to start that as well. Attachments might be a bit funky for the next 2 hours.

The new method appears to be broken. I've reported the errors. Currently switched back to the old attachments.

The issue was fixed by the developer, so the new method for serving attachments is now in place.
