For a variety of reasons too absurd to discuss here, I ended up with a new BACOENG vacuum pump/1.5 gallon chamber combo. It comes with everything you need to get started. I have one that works pretty well for my limited stabilizing needs. I have used mine consistently for about 6 months now for pen and stopper blanks.
What you are looking at otherwise is a set I never used and only opened to take pictures. It is usually around 130 or so online. I am happy to consider swaps for some lathe tools (bedan, lathe knife), a vacuum chuck, or really any type or amount of wood you would like to offer.
