Can't start conversation/PM & no signature options

[ZenShave]

Hello!

I seem to be missing the ability to start conversations/PM and also no way to add a signature.

If this is a limition on new members, is there a post indicating what the thresholds needed are? I couldn't find anything related in the rules.

Thanks!

Robert
