I've had this tap scared curly maple slab for years and just couldn't come up with something to do with it. I trimmed it just a tad too make it fit my 15" planer, sanded it, and coated it with food safe epoxy. I've got some black tray handles on order and will put some rubber pads on the bottom. It at least resembles the state of Vermont. My French isn't very good so I will just call it a munchies board. IMG_20260326_084331831.jpg

Beautiful chunk of wood! You might consider removing the bark on the exterior edge of the board for food safety reasons. Chuck

I had a customer a couple of years ago who asked me for a charcuterie board. Unfortunately, I misheard her request. . . .
