Closing post

How do you close a post? I posted in Wood for Sale and people ask questions but now their posts are not on my thread. I also have seen " ignored member" what does that mean.
Sorry for all the questions but I am trying to learn my way around this site.

At the top, there should be an option for you to edit.

Thread tools, edit thread...then put closed.


Ignore member, is when you don't want to see anything posted by a certain member.

I just looked to see if us mods have removed any posts. Nothing to show.
Now, about the missing posts, if you have "seen" the ignore option, it could be that you may accidentally enabled it on some members.

If you go to the main page and hover your mouse over your screen name in the upper right you should get a drop down menu, one of the buttons is "Ignored Members" You can click there and go to the list of any members you may have accidentally ignored and un ignore them.
