Hey Folks: I am in seach of some diamond willow, around 2" diameter, and some Kentucky coffee tree, if for no other reason than I think it would be cool to have some wood thats called Kentucky Coffeetree, that plus the end cut grain looks amazing to me. Dimensions on the coffee tree? Nothing wider than 6" and around 1.5" thickish.

In recent history, there was a time that the national big tree of Ohio Buckeye was growing in Kentucky and the national tree of Kentucky Coffeetree was growing in Ohio. I thought it was kind of funny.

I have neither wood. The willow does not grow here, nor does the other. I likely have the Coffeetree somewhere but think it would carry more feeling coming from Kentucky. Good luck.

Thank you Mr. Peet! Fun facts. Had a flash back to Norm and Cliff at Cheers. Not worried about the origin, just the allocation. Thanks for the reply!. Al

I have 1" thick kiln dried Coffee Tree. Nothing 1.5" thick but I have tuning blanks in 2" and 3" diameter as well as bowl blanks in 3" and 4".
