Hello Folks ...one more tool made from a scrap Brazilian hardwood
Peroba do Campo (Paratecoma Peroba).I found this piece on garbage. I decided to make an unique tool.
I asked a friend to weld a stainless steel washer and a half washer at 90⁰.
Cuted the wood by hand in a droplet shape.Make a see through hole to see where the cap iron screw is.I used a forstener bit and after a step drill to make the hole tapered ...it works pretty nice ...the leverage is more than enough and it is totally diferent for any screwdriver I had seen..the only one in the world.
See the pictures:

Very nice Emerson. Necessity is the mother of invention. You made something uniquely cool. Well done sir...well done.

I bet that was a little scary running that around that router bit.
This is a very safe cut...I made in three steps and round the edges by hand before using a spokeshave...so less material for bit "eat"...but you have to keep a firm grip and concentation all the time as always in high speed rotative tools.I statrted with 1/8" round over bit until 1/2" round over bit.The bearing limit how far the bit can go and the wood is big enough for keep safe in place
