In keeping with the rules @Blueglass posted some pot blanks and I offered to make a pot call in exchange for the blanks. He sent me the blanks with a ton of fillers to boot.
The wood is Jamaican Dogwood finished with CA. It is slate over glass with a purple heart striker and Dogwood top. my pictures do not show all the colors but it has a little bit of everything going on with it.

Man I have to admit that my eye leads to Duck type calls more than pot calls. I kinda figure it has to do with the Feminine coke bottle shape of those calls. This is straight eye candy though and it will be a prized possession. I am going to have to have a game call shelf.
 
Sweet! The grain in the handle has that "pheasant wood" look. The piece Les gave me had that same look....
 
Landed, looks flawless to me. Man I am surprised at how loud it can be. Thanks, look forward to seeing something in Mahogany.

Glad you like it Sir I will tag you when I turn the Mahogany. May be a while season opens next week for me!
