**ENDED** Peppermill blanks

Not in a hurry or anything, just throwing it out there that I'm always on the look out for solid peppermill blanks.

The typical solid blocks of maple or walnut are good. I can usually find blanks that are 3x3x12 for a 10" pepper mill pretty easy. So I would be more interested in longer stock maybe some 26" long stuff to make 24" mills (would probably need a 4x4 based for something that big) or any unique blanks of any size.

My wife has been sealing some stuff the past couple hours mostly flame boxelder but some mesquite too I think. Most of it was cookies and small stuff but I pretty sure I saw some stuff that will make nice mill blanks.

I have some 4x4 live oak and probably some Indian rosewood (sisso) around here too.

I might be interested in some Indian rosewood, I haven't work with that yet, but that hasn't stopped me in the past.

Two weeks ago eh. When it comes to memory that's two eons in Kevin years. I did find the PM - if the cocobolo is special I'll want to see it. Same with the Beeswing Narra.

I don't know that i would call it "special" cocobolo, but to me all cocobolo is awesome.

I'll post some pics and we can see if we can work something out.

Got the blanks today, they look great. Keep me in mind when you get some more of similar size. Or maybe some large bowl blanks too.
