In another thread Barry asked if I would like to trade some walnut. So we came to an agreement via p/m and I am shipping him (let's say a few boxes) of walnut for a (number) of finished pieces of koa. Sorry, not curly koa:sorry:
So here are a couple of the pics of the second box @barry richardson. The first box went out on Monday. I hope this will work for you? 9 pcs 3 7/8 x 24 x 15/16.

Sooo, 4 months later, I finally finished my end of the deal, @rob3232 here's what I have for you, I will be mailing it out shortly, the accents are all ebony, except a couple are Zircote. Thanks for being patient... The walnut you sent was primo BTW...

Beautiful. The ornaments are sweet and the HF is stunning.

Wow Barry they are all beautiful! I cannot wait to give that koa back to my good friend. Thanks so much for making this happen for me. :thanx2:
 
Love the Ornaments. What kind of finish are you putting on them if you don't mind my asking?
 
Thanks Brad. Rattle can lacquer on everything, a couple coats, then rub out with steel wool, then a final coat, careful with the final coat cause lacquer is runny... after the lacquer cured for a couple of weeks, I buffed them on a wheel...
