Flame box elder burl peppermill blank with voids

So a lady bought this peppermill off me and wants me to make a matching salt mill. Anyone have something that would be close? Doesn’t need to be so voidy and could be less burly but she does want some voids and bark so that they sort of look like a set.
I typically don’t look for a voidy piece of wood to make a peppermill out of usually I have the wood first and then see if it can be a peppermill. Makes me a little nervous to do it backwards, there’s a lot of pressure to do it right!
