My wife wanted a ladle. This is my first attempt. She wants handle at more of an angle, not so straight up. Cut this out of a piece of pear wood I had.

Very nice. Did you Waterpop it during sanding? If not you should. It improves the water resistance greatly.

Looked orange like Bradford. Swiss seems to be more yellow/ beige
