I posted a few of these before, but here is the latest group of 1911 grips. All are stabilized and dyed, except for the Buckeye burl, which is just stabilized.

Species include maple burl, Buckeye burl, horse chestnut burl, black ash burl, and box elder burl.

Still have several blanks from @Texasstate that should be every bit as unique as these.

Drool worthy! Bet they would look just amazing on a 1911.
 
I prefer a single color. If it is a user, I prefer stainless so the great outdoors doesn't interfere with my work. And since I don't have any use for a picture book hole punch, I guess stainless it is. If anyone were to hand me any of these , however, I wouldn't force them to take it back!
