In case I am not in the right place to be asking these types of questions, I will keep it short, or try to anyway. For the past 2 years I have been in a battle for life. I have a small mill that has served me well as sawing my wood, but I have sawed for others mainly on a 55-50. My question are about pricing of my wood. Can some one help me with board foot pricing for, Black Walnut, Red Oak, Southern Cedar, & what I call Black Cherry. All cabinet grade. If I am on the right forum for these questions, I will get more specific with demitons. Thank You All for all the help & advice I have received from The Wood Barter over the past few years

There are several sawyers on WoodBarter and many end users. There are also other forums on line that focus on the forestry and milling end of wood as well. Locally, our prices for milled wood have jumped, kiln dried have soared and standing timber has dropped from last year's stats. Is your southern cedar of Juniperous or Chamaecyparis or Cupressus?
