new computer; need help

I fired up my new computer, the old one crashed, things are going ok, but I am having trouble finding the picture resize. I did a right click on the pic, but no resize option. Can somebody lend a hand? thanks, Rich

Might need to update your internet browser not sure which one you are using,, I use Chrome myself and recommend it as well.

I had to switch to windows 8 from vista- I was bummed when I found out I had to change in Nov. I am the original computer yutz!!!!!!! But PhotoScape is what I use now and it is much easier. You will like it.
