Hi,
My name is Jennifer and I just joined, Woodbarter. I love the concept of this forum, and think that it's great for woodworkers to have an avenue to ideas off of each other and buy, sell, and trade. My husband and I have been married for eleven years and during that time he has taken on a myriad of new and interesting projects. One of the most recent was an auction purchase of 60 pallets of bed frame pieces.....None of them matched. So I am looking to make a very friendly deal with somebody who can use the wood. After reading the rules, I am not 100% sure I am allowed to submit this kind of post but I do think the price and quantities of this wood can be extremely helpful and profitable for someone who is skilled in woodwork. Thank for allowing me to join.

Wow, what a warm welcome! Thank y'all. Well, we are not woodworkers but we like to work on different projects together as our "bonding" time. I recently purchased plans to build a canoe because, well, why start off small. We have done lots of research on technique but YouTube does not make you an expert lol! So we should get started pretty soon and be sure I will have lots of questions for you pros. I'll post progress along the way.
