Light as a feather. Very dry and ready to turn, stored indoors at 35-40% humidity. No curl, just saw marks.

On a side note, I’ve made two sea kayaks- a single and a double- out of okoume plywood. After a lot of use in salt water and 25+ years later, the wood is still in fantastic condition.
