One bad thing is, if that happened in Virginia and he was hurt, it would be considered a hunting incident with injury and we would be out there doing an investigation. Talk about a lot of paperwork for something that should have never happened. Like scoot said, he never poked it to see if it was done. Bad teaching!
Guess that's what happens when pics and selfies are the most important thing to get.
Wasn't Scott Peterson the guy who killed his pregnant wife in the San Fran area about 10 years ago? Big case. They arrested him after he bought a bunch of expensive stuff shortly after her body washed up in the bay.
