That metallic green is amazing and it is in the same league as the violet one you do as it looks like raw silk or satin fabric.

Great colors!

Interesting differences in light sources. Love the pumpkin under natural light (warm) but under artificial (cool) it's not as striking. The ash borer is great under artificial, but not nearly so under the warm (late afternoon?) sun. IMHO of course...

That ash on ash is super!

On another note, I’ve been meaning to ask you which candles do you use? And what oil do you recommend ? Firefly seems to be the most common ones, but they seem expensive compared to some others on Amazon. Any advice for trying out a couple for Christmas gifts?

I use Firefly lamps because they are consistent in size for production work and have a flat top that visually blends nicely with the transition to the wood. IMO they are the best, have a wholesale account and buy in bulk for much less than the price on their website. Craft Supplies sells four for $10, Rockler has four for $20, they work fine if only making a few one at a time, they tend to be not consistent, don’t know what Amazon has. Get a box and give um a spin, they’re addicting.
