It was a grand old tree. I don't see many this size around these parts. She fought the power company's pruning for years. But, 6 years ago they decided to push more voltage and encroach their right of way out another 10 feet. Many, many great trees were cut down. Good news, though! There will soon be a whole bunch of blanks for sale!

Never seen one that diameter. Likely was in the top ten for the state.....
