These are over 40 plus year old, well seasoned old growth stock, genuine Brazilian rosewood- guaranteed to be authentic dalbergia nigra from my electric guitar fretboard billets. Has combination aroma that is sweet between chocolate, roses and bubblegum. Very dense example. Dimensions are written on the wood surface. I have shown the end grain raw during the photo session so you can see the pores and will put anchor seal.

Block A1/B1:
4” long, 2.80” wide & 1.835”- minimum dimensions. Rough surfaced pawns 2 face -dark chocolate heartwood to orange-brown. Checking on the one side edge about .300” deep. Weight: 10 ounce.
Moisture content: 7%

Block A2/B2:
2.73” long, 3.625” wide & 1.735” thick- minimum dimensions. Rough surfaced planed 2 face. Live edge and corner checking (angular). Weight: 7.4 ounce. Moisture content: 7 percent.

Price reduction- how about $ 85.00 shipped for the pair? Lots of material for segmented application for pen blanks and knife handles/scales by adding a small contrasting portion of other species- contrasting bolsters for knives or partial segments for pen blanks or you can book-match it to get a 2 piece one blank. Probably ideal for eastern chef knife “WA” handles with your own bolster or end cap material. Wedge for acoustic guitars……
