These boards look just a little different but could be the same. Any ideas?

Look like cherry to me but I'm barely correct less than half the time.
Big piece looks like red Meranti. Looked like some latex in the pores. There are about 40 or so species sold as red meranti. (AKA Luan)
The smaller looks like Okome....but not sure as that looks to maybe have latex as well.
