found this peice in a park in a giant log pile were i was working . still trying to figure out how to cut the burls off the logs i spotted with out going to jail but this was small and fell in my trunk. dont know what it is has worm holes that are red around them white wood might be a nice turned piece 20 inch tall very dry and narly . duckman

dont know what it is but its dry and thick. its 10 inch up to base of the crotch and 10 in wide there 5 inch across at the bottom might be pretty cool inside. dave

Dave's addicted bad! I like it I know how it is, I can't stop looking for wood. Saw the city cutting up some dead tree's and a blow down in the park today but I had to keep on going, I was at work and I only have one arm that functions properly. But when I heal I'm back on the prowl.

yep i know the feeling was driveing home yesterday in town someone cut a tree down and it was nice ambrosia somthing they cut it up for firewood

I dont understand how you get any work done you are always looking down and at wood

lol i park down in the metro park and theres a HUGH PILE OF TREES 10 feet behind my car i couldnt stand any more so i stayed late , lots of burls :dash2::dash2::dash2::dash2::dash2: besides i work to live not live to work
