Danged - he gets a gold star for doing that without bloodletting!
The wider the blade the more skill you need to reduce blood letting.. you get it down. My young sawmill guy does it with i think 190" 2 tpi 1.5 wide blades. Never seen any blood.

I made all adjustes as Alex Snodgrass explained is his vídeo.

All tolerances using a feeler gauge...some tell use a business card or a Dollar bill folded...the bearing life will be clear for me when I start to use ....I hope next week.

I checked if an after market bearing kit is avaible to my machine for the future necessity....I can't find yet.

Today I did the first cuts and liked a lot the machine itself and dust collection.

I am mounting the cyclone system. The bottle Idea is very nice.I did it for test but I am thinking in use a PVC pieces soon.

My last time using a bandsaw was 20 years ago...I need the learn curve again.

The dust is less than I expected.

I need more cuts to check how effective the system will be but the initial job was very good.

Checking the blade
