So far just one coat of polymerized tung oil. More

Wood wasn’t boiled. Bought at last wood club meeting. He said it was air dried. I was shocked there were no checks or cracks.

You can not beat fruit woods and the pear is particularly beautiful. Wonderful forms as well.
