ALL QUESTIONS & COMMENTS REGARDING NEW SOFTWARE GO HERE

Jon I don't understand the phone thing but I think you are supposed to just go directly to our site now. Clear your phone of everything that has to do with WB and start over then try it.

iPad and iPhone don't allow uploading files. Forums, Craigslist and Facebook require an app.
Pics can be put on photobucket (if you use photobucket) then linked in a post.

Really a shame.... Everyone will miss the pics of me as a chimpesque go-go dancer for Halloween.

So are you saying you NEED the app to be fully integrated in the forum using apple products?

One thing my wife brought up on the phone topic is the screen size on the users phone. I have a big screen on my phone where I see a good chunk of the screen with my keyboard up. On smaller screened phones the keyboard takes up a larger % of the screen. When using an app to view/participate in he forum it simplifies the screen so the user gets a better balance of keyboard and viewable material.

I haven't seen this mentioned, but One More Request: In looking through the New Posts, there is no listing of which forum these posts exist in.

Oh crap, I'm wrong. See it now, in tiny letters over on the left of the list. Sorry. Read, Barb, Read.

Testing IPad photo upload. This is a shot from the top of the Statue of Liberty
I didn't have any problems... Choose upload file, it will prompt "Choose file". When you select that button it will give you two options. Take photo or video and Choose existing. You can then choose one from your photo album or take a new one. From there its just like posting one from your computer

Barb - it is also contained inside the black banner at the top and bottom of the page

Not sure if this is the right spot for this but here goes.

Can we recover our older messages and replies? Also, I see I am shown as New Member, when does that status change?

Thank you,

Ray

What do you mean by recover older messages? Conversations (formerly known as PMs)? Hover over the envelope in the top right and click "Show All..." and all your old PMs are there except the ones you deleted ever. Mike & Tyler at Audentio didn't lose a single byte during the transfer - pretty amazing actually.

Can the date of the post be moved to the top of the post instead of the bottom. When lots of picture are being posted you have to scroll to the bottom to see if it's todays post or a previous date.

ForumRunner is also much faster and easier than using the browser to view the site. I don't really care about the "responsive design" that XenForo touts, using an app is much faster.

I wanted to delete all the conversations and found this
"leave conversations" ??
Can the "delete conversations" be added or something like that
or is leave same as delete??

Based on feedback, the responsive design works perfectly for some if not many or most. It seems like there's always some issue with mobile users on some forums, and if FR works best for you then that's definitely the way to go, but blanket statements such as an app is always better is not accurate.

Was I meant to receive the test #3 email for admins? Don't figure I was, just wanted to point it out to somebody?

Test #3 to admins was my goof - Not Kevin's. It went to all 1,916 members with a an email address listed. I forgot to uncheck one little box...
My apologies - Meant to say "Hope your having a nice day!"
