It was roughly 23x32x2 I believe before I cut the defects off the sides. Iris the dense amboyna too! Let me know if you want some.

That’s bigger than I thought! I was wondering if the whole thing would fit on my lathe as that would make a beautiful winged bowl or platter. Beautiful piece though!

I can turn up to 20”, but think something in the 10” - 14” generally works well. I was just admiring the beauty of the piece and thought it was fairly large.
