Made this as an a club challenge entry for the USA’s 250th birthday.
Had the Cherry form sitting around for a while. It’s a once-turned side grain form (distorted and cracked here and there). Measures about 4.5” wide and 5+ inches tall.
Carved and painted. Might go back and clean up the paints bit.
Put a little walnut oil on the bare wood.
