I was able to have my assistant cut some wood for you.

ancient red gum handle block. 6 3/4”x 1 3/4”x 1 5/8” $20

ancient red gum bowl blank 7 1/2” long 8”wide. 1 3/4” thick. You are going to loose a little width unless you epoxy it or something one side is flaired a bit, I think it used to be the sapwood. Has some warping like we discussed also. $80

also for your consideration is a piece of New Zealand Swamp Kauri. According to my supplier it’s 35,000 years old. 6” x 1 7/8” x 1 1/4” $25.

Ooo ok. Want to make a separate thread for me? I'm looking to get it mostly for bragging rights, so size isn't as important. I'm thinking a couple pieces in a flat rate box is all.
