Anybody know a parts source for one of these old machines? One of the bottom corner sprockets is toast and I can't raise/lower the cut thickness!!!
And just after I put nice sharp blades in it!!!
Thanks for any help.....

McMaster-Carr carries hundreds of sprockets.
It's more than a usual sprocket.

All one piece, with a roll pin in those slots.
Surprisingly....made of some type of plastic.
The bottom part is what broke away from the sprocket.

Got a decent machine shop nearby? Should be able to have a metal sprocket bored to fit the shaft and then drilled for the roll pins. We've got similar setups for conveyor width adjust on some older equipment and I've done exactly that to replace broken plastic gears. Just need to measure the OD of the shaft to know what to bore the sprocket to and how far down from the face to drill the hole for the roll pin. Yeah, it was originally threaded on but that's probably not critical just for height adjustment.

It can be replaced with a metal sprocket with a set screw. The set screw wont be in the same orientation but it shouldn't matter. It looks like its just a number 35 chain?

Probably the route I'll have to go. And while I only need one, will probably replace all 4 since going to all the trouble of it being torn apart. It's a good planer, and hate to throw in the towel and buy new that wouldn't last near as long. But at my age maybe 5 years would be plenty!😁

I wish you were closer, I would give you a deal on my well used belsaw planer. The sprockets are fine. 5 hp motor is good feed roller drive pulley is pretty much toast.
