Buyer/Seller feedback

Rocky, where are you located in Florida? I'm just outside of Pensacola, on the Alabama side of Perdido Bay..

18 miles north of Lake City, out in the middle of nowhere just below the Georgia line Larry. There are in fact a grand total of 3 occupied dwellings between me and Georgia, about 11 miles up the road. One off to west a ways on county road, one is a hunting camp that the old boy kinda moved into after his wife passed away, the other right at the Georgia line.

There's a bunch of folks right here off in the woods, property across the road divided amongst family, and tract behind me sold in 20 acre lots. along the highway you wouldn't know the other two up the road existed the only one you'd see is the one at the line. From here to town... way to many people! Moved out here in '68, the old man dad bought from up here used to say, "It's so quiet out here most days, you can hear your hair grow." Not quite that quiet anymore, but still not bad.

Legibly.

On a positive note, it seems the real Tony is alive and well, so we can move on now.

Now if I could just find someone (@duncsuss?) to help explain intra vs inter to @Kevin and @Brink.
That was a spell check mistake. I am now an educated Mississippi scholar. I'm not sure that amounts to much.

Are you one of those Georgia Florida line fans.

Some of their stuff is OK, most of it just ain't country. I'd rather listen to Colt Ford than their stuff, and that sure isn't country, unless you listen to the lyrics.

Sounds similar to our place in Alabama. Moved here 13 years ago when I retired. quiet place and we live it. The loudest noise here is the s sound of my lathe cutting wood.

Larry it's all lies, more lies, and damned lies. They are ALL picking on you and you should stop being friendly to them. I'm your only friend here. They just try to get the new ones on their side like little Munchkins, but this is a recent picture of them coming to me when they really need something . . .

leprechaun behind curtain.webp

Has it's days around here. Sundays are typically pretty quiet, most of the week there are a ton of trucks ripping up and down the road. Portable sheds coming out of Georgia heading for lots somewhere in Florida. Mobile homes going south out of Georgia, Log Trucks, Log Trucks, Log Trucks. Then there is one neighbor has a bunch of useless hounds back here behind me, occasionally they'll sit back there and bark for hours, or until the next door neighbor back there gets fed up, grabs the AK 47, steps out the door, and dumps a magazine or two to quiet them up.

If it stays quiet for too long and I need a little excitement, I step out the backdoor with the coyote calls, spin the dogs up, after a few minutes the neighbor comes out, and it sounds like WWIII erupted back there!! Entertainment is cheap out here in the country!

Otherwise, feed all the little animals. Walk out the house in the morning and there's anywhere from 20 - 40 squirrel running around the yard. Half dozen gators in the ponds. Have more bucks on my 25 acres any given night, than most people will see on their cameras around here all hunting season. Most of them aren't worth Sugar, Honey, Ice Tea, but a couple are. Few turkey, assortment of rabbits, coons, possums, occasional coyote wanders through, occasional bobcat, bear shows up on camera about once a month, have one lone boar hog I can't get rid of, otherwise I really haven't had a problem with them in a while. Considering the bear population, the coyote population, the random panther sighting, and me and the neighbors trapping and shooting every one we see, we kind of got them scared of this corner of the world.

Sounds like home!

Thanks Kevin, at least now I know where the bear craps in the woods. You and the rest of these guys have restored my faith in humanity this evening.

It isn't country. Country is Hank, Wilkie, Walton, the possum. and Merle. Oh George, Alan and Clint

OH!!! And, that's to say nothing of Wilkie??

(How'd the hell did you do that? Your finger was already on the L, you had to move it to create that error.)

I think it's all OK Marc, he's back to typing like he normally does!
